Managed NARA-wide IT hardware and software, including configuration control, installation and maintenance, and Service Desk in support of the Archivist of the United States, all the Presidential Libraries, and the Regional Record Centers. Reviewed and approved all information technology procurement actions for adherence to agency and Federal standards for 37 sites across the United States. Provided technical and administrative supervision to a geographically disbursed staff consisting of 121 Computer Assistants, IT Specialists, Telecommunication Specialists, contractors and other support staff operating the NARA network and applications. Participated in Agency strategic and budget planning.
