I am in charge of the Ronald McDonald Family Room inside Gillette Children's Specialty Healthcare. We are open 9 am-9 pm 365 days a year and provide respite for families that have a child in the hospital with a medical crisis or disability. Our amenities include 4 sleep rooms, home-cooked meals every night plus weekend brunches, a help-yourself pantry, Chad's Locker with kid-friendly games and tablets, a relaxing lounge, and laundry facilities. I manage a full-time Assistant, 7 Relief Managers, and many volunteers.
