I thrive on communicating science -in an intuitive and straightforward manner across multiple disciplines.For most of my career I have been involved in cross functional projects with stakeholders in different fields, different companies across different countries. This have given me firsthand insight into all business units, which I thus relate to -and understand the needs of.I am a hands-on business project manager with a strategic and operational mindset covering all parts from idea to marketing. I am very comfortable with leadership, thrive on decision taking and bring a can-do team-spirit with focus on an effective process and a drive for positive results.I identify, evaluate, initiates and drive new business ventures in many different areas -both deciding whether to move forward or end these. At the same time, I pick up loose ends and ensure, that a project is “followed to the door,” so that it is delivered successfully – on time and budget in alignment with company strategy, expectations and goals.
