For the past 17 years I have been employed in Coloplast A/S, a global manufacturer of medical devices, and worked within most aspects of production and especially Injection moulding.from 2001 - 2006 I have been :- working with optimizing injection moulding production.- responsible for LEAN and outsourcing of Injection moulding.- responsible for search and select of Injection moulding Supplier in Hungary.- done negotiations, prepared commerciel agreements with suppliers - responsible for the transfer of equipment.In 2006 I changed position to Project manager in Contract Manufacturing.Main responsibility was the injection moulding category, building partnerships and consolidate production.I did search and select of global partners within injection moulding (Mexico and China)In 2008 I changed position to programme manager with various project in productionTPM, Machine improvement projects and optimizing production.From 2015 I have been working in Injection moulding department as Area manager for Chinese suppliers and senior project manager for Im projects.Main projects : Transfer of injection moulding and improvement projects.From my various positions I have a holistic and strong business understanding especially within manufacturing.I set clear goals, have a global mindset and use a coaching based aproach in my daily work to create results.Specialties: Project management Injection moulding ( 17 years experience)Outsourcing of injection mouldingContract ManufacturingMedical production and requirementsBuilding Relationship and partnership with suppliersSearch and select of suppliers Lean and constant improvementNegotiation of contractsTransfer projects
