Vi udnyttede avancerede algoritmer og analyseværktøjer for at optimere processen og levere hurtige og præcise resultater.- 𝐒𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐤𝐭 𝐀𝐈-𝐅𝐥𝐞𝐞𝐭𝐎𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐞𝐫:I rollen som lokal projektleder for Signaturprojektet AI-FleetOptimiser har jeg ledet udviklingen af en innovativ løsning til optimering af flådestyringen. Ved at udnytte kunstig intelligens og avancerede dataanalyseredskaber har vi kunnet reducere omkostninger og forbedre produktiviteten i vores flådeaktiviteter.- 𝐌𝐢𝐜𝐫𝐨𝐬𝐨𝐟𝐭 365:Jeg har projektleder ansvaret for at implementere Microsoft 365 i vores organisation. Dette omfattede tildeling af licenser, brugerstøtte og sikkerhedsstyring for at sikre en effektiv og problemfri brugeroplevelse.

Responsibilities:▷ Manager with responsibility for leading 2 teams with 8 employees – Client and Monitoring tools. ▷ Delivery Manager for Enterprise Monitoring with the responsibility for Projects and Strategy. ▷ Global Process Owner of Event Management with responsibility for design and implementation.Client team consists of four IT System Engineers and one IT Architect. They provided client OS images, install menu, patching, SCCM infrastructure, Antivirus, Citrix Applications, building of software packages, and desired configuration via GPO.Results: ► Team developed Windows 10 concept by leading a pilot project before a worldwide rollout.► Defined requirements-specification for IT System Status on a new mobile-based Intranet.► Team implemented discovery tool by leading a project together with the supplier’s consultants.► Increased the maturity of the Event Management process.

Responsibilities:▷ Regional HR Manager with responsibility for leading Monitoring tools. ▷ Global Process owner of Event Management with responsibility for design and implementation.▷ Delivery Manager for Enterprise Monitoring with the responsibility to ensure how we most effectively could support the journey toward Digitization, Cloud and One Tool. The monitoring tools team consists of three IT System Engineers. They provided administration of the monitoring and workload automation tools, i.e. CA Unicenter, HP-IMC, SCOM, CA Autosys, HP Asset Center, and HP Service Center. Results: ► Secured cost savings of hardware and licenses by decommission old monitoring software.► Secured integration of new company in 24x7 monitoring after merger.► Team developed several automated reports for Event Management by programming.► Prepared successor to take over the Monitoring Team in China.

Responsibilities:▷ Manager with responsibility for leading Monitoring team consisting of 13 employees in CN.▷ Member of DTM team with responsibility for Incident Management and Event Management.IT monitoring (Dispatcher) Team ensure delivery of 24x7 Monitoring with escalation and frequent communication to the stakeholders on high priority issues.Results: ►Supporting deployment of and training in the new ITSM tool.►Monitoring capacity and availability for several thousand systems inside and outside Danfoss.►Lead several monitoring projects and activities to support the merger between Sauer-Danfoss

Responsibilities:▷ Responsible with two colleagues globally for managing the Incident Management process, facilitating and leading Major Incidents, and for optimizing the process.Results:► Developed reports to identify recurring Incidents and raise possible Problems.► Identify incidents which need special attention or escalation – raise alerts.► Facilitated the relocation of work areas from Denmark to new offshore Monitoring Team in China.

Monitoring the infrastructure, various services, network, servers, SAP systems and SAP Batch Jobs- Operating and monitoring 60 SAP R/3 systems, network and servers. - The job was to keep all systems running smoothly and ensure minimal downtime. - ITIL Queue Coordinator of the Servicecenter.- 1st and 2nd level user support on weekend shifts.
