Senior Manager

• In charge of the whole pre-sales activities of all the MEA region and part of the European region for the company products as well as consulting activities. Directly involved and contributed for thesuccessful signing.
• Manage the Pre-Sales Team for ECM.
• Create a deep awareness of the company's Software products and components for potential customers.
• Coordinate & Respond to bids/RFP. Prepare sales package proposals including solution design, estimations, bill of quantities, project planning and pricing.
• Work closely with potential customers to best serve their unique needs.
• Product demonstrations and presentations and onsite audits.

EVER Team

• Responsible for the development of Software products (Content Management, Case Management and Workflow, Email Management,Correspondence Tracking System, High Volume scanning andCapture, Records Management and Learning.
• Manage the Product team (up to 10 members).
• Define new Product features and enhancements in order to maintain the continuous evolution of the different products.
• Perform Projects plans, Resource planning, Reporting, Forecasting,Management and work load balancing.
• Specify business logic, technical approaches and designs to products.
• Provide deep product and industry expertise to support the Sales team.

Project Manager on multiple Government national projects and International projects in France, Belgium and Luxembourg.- Prepare consolidated project plans- Manager project stakeholders- Manage the project team- Monitor the project progress and follow-up on team tasks- Manage project conflicts and schedule- Analysis and developmentTeam Leading:- Lead a team.
