- Designing and manufacturing of components for a single seater race-car using composite materials- Body Panels and Seat: Low cost (300$) tooling using wood and glass fiber for lamination- Steering Wheel: Manufactured using Polyurethane-glass fiber composite with the help of DOW chemicals- Muffler: Used filament wound tubing for the outer core of muffler, Polyurethane sheets and glass fiber for sound insulation. Weight reduction of 30% as compared to conventional steel muffler.- Developed in-house vacuum infusion kit for manufacturing small components.

- Lead a team of 15 members to create a comprehensive Bill Of Materials of over 500 parts assembled on the car; from a nut and bolt to the engine- Administrative support for the team with over 60 members. Maintaining workshop discipline and rules, raw material inventory, treasury and administrative work with college authorities

- Learning SolidWorks, Auto Desk Inventor for 3D modelling and tooling design of composite parts- Assisting in manufacturing of tooling for composite parts using processes such as milling on 3 Axis/5-Axis CNC Machines, EDM wire cut, Laser cutting , Water jet cutting technology and Rapid prototyping/3D printing
