-Served as conduct hearing officer for approximately 10 probation level cases -Acquired a deeper understanding of the philosophy of student conduct administration, legal issues, and ethical considerations -Built an online hearing officer training program through Blackboard -Collected hearing officer information and wrote scripts to develop training modules -Developed skills required to clearly explain complicated processes to an online audience -Organized and digitized all information to be easily transferred to future developers
