Working toward my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, I have experience working directly with people with mental and physical disabilities, children and adolescents with autism, and adults with severe mental illness. My therapeutic approach is person-centered therapy with integrated elements of cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, solution-based brief therapy, and psychoanalytic education. My strengths are relationship building and clinical assessment. I am excited to compassionately help those struggling with mental health concerns.
