Monitor alarm systems and dispatch police/fire departments to residental and commercial properties when needed. Help customers in troubleshooting on varies alarm panels.

As part of the seasonal team I scanned outages of products throughout the store. I then restocked these products once they were pulled from back stock. When customer flow increased I helped with cashiering to ensure customer satisfaction by not having to wait in long lines.

Greeting customers when entering the establishment and thanking them for shopping/coming in. Explaining products when questions were asked, cashiering and gift wrapping. Assisted in food/product demonstrations and made sure store was clean and restocked.

Opened the store, deployed employees where they were needed most. Cash handling, preparing the daily deposit and took it to the bank. Did inventory and ordered pastries as needed. Made sure breaks/lunches were given at the appropriate times and that all the work was complete. Served coffee and prepared espresso drinks complying with Starbucks standards, at the same time establishing great friendships and connecting with the customers.
