• Created a new company PoolScape Construction / Bayline Pools & Spa, • A partnership was formed with Bayline Pools & Spa to use my abilities to grow the company. • I am the salesman, designer and builder of our new pool construction and remodeling division. • Responsible for all aspects of building pools, installation of equipment, automation and electrical installation as well as excavation, steel & gunite, plaster, tile, coping, decking, flatwork. • Strong background in residential and commercial construction and an extensive knowledge in maintenance and repair applications. I also run the commercial pool service division; I personally maintain our most difficult commercial pools. Service the pools, check and adjust the chemistry, clean, and service the equipment and make any repairs that are necessary and preventive maintenance

• Newspaper Distribution, Sales and Delivery Service.  • Independent Home Delivery Contractor, with the Los Angeles Times, I was the Operation Director of Distribution, Customer Service and Sales for The Los Angeles Times, New York Times, USA Today, Wall Street Journal, Investor's Business Daily, Barron's, Financial Times, Korean Daily, Korea Times, Variety, Jewish Journal, Chinese Daily, and the South Coast Magazine. • In 2009 The Los Angeles Times Single Copy Distribution, Delivery, Sales, Promotions, Billing and Customer Service, became incorporated into my existing Independent Contractor Home Distribution Operation. The Los Angeles Times dissolved all Single Copy Company run operations and transferred all Company operation into existing Home Delivery.

• JTMC a packaging tying machine company selling bundling machines to business and individual customers. • Directly responsible for machine sales, repair part sales, trade shows, onsite service and warranty repairs. • In 2010 sold the company and went into the swimming pool retail construction with sales, new builds, remodeling and repairs.
