From April 2017 to March 2021, I owned and operated Fresh Extractions, where I built a custom cannabis oil extractor that operated at an impressive 6000+ psi of CO2. To ensure maximum results, I formulated a variable flow spray rate and created a decarbonization process to retain the terpenes in the raw oil. Building relationships with trusted manufacturers was integral to my work, as it allowed me to source the best pricing on food-grade CO2 gas, food alcohol, pump O-rings, and seals. I also established and followed strict maintenance and cleaning procedures that resulted in a 26% increase in the O-ring lifespan compared to what was initially set by the pump manufacturer. I set up and operated laboratory equipment for fat and lipids vacuum extraction and rotovap alcohol extraction. Calculated fractional distillation allowed me to successfully remove terpenes, CBD, THC, THCa, and other cannabinoids, culminating in working with a local grower to bring a finished oil to market. In addition, I also worked closely with a local cancer patient to produce a CBD-only oil and an RSO CO2 version. Through my work at Fresh Extractions, I was able to innovate and create new processes while also helping those in need of medicinal cannabis products.

From November 2016 to April 2017, I worked as a Driver, Tour Guide, and Sales representative for Kauai North Shore Limo. While there, I provided exceptional customer service to private and group tours on the beautiful island of Kauai. My sales skills were also tested as I consistently upsold group tours to private tours, resulting in a 47% profit. In addition to this, I presented tour information at various vacation rentals sites such as St. Regis Princeville and Weston Properties. I also had the opportunity to network with the concierge services of hotels to promote and sell Kauai North Shore Limo and Tours. Lastly, I provided discreet transportation services for the Hollywood elite.

From October 2015 to November 2016, I worked as a Property Manager for Parrish Collection. During my time there, I oversaw more than 45 vacation properties. I worked closely with the owners to assist in the maintenance of their properties, reviewed all owner's monthly statements to ensure their accuracy, and coordinated property inspections with multiple vendors for maintenance, cleaning, and repairs. I inspected properties before they were occupied to ensure a top-quality stay for guests. I kept detailed records and reports for the finance department and wrote and submitted end-of-day reports.
