"If it's not right... get it right... and get it right, now" and "You will never go wrong, doing the right thing". These two quotes best describe me, my approach, and my resolve. I have had the pleasure of working with Ford Motor Company for 25 years. I have performed every role in the Service department ,from certified technician, team leader, dispatcher, advisor, assistant service manager, service manager and Parts and Service Director. I am not above any job in the service department. I am definitely from the old guard! I am a proud member of the 2010/2011 Service Advisor Panel which met in Dearborn to discuss topics such as, customer satisfaction , service advisor needs and real life customer perception of a service department. I have had the honor of meeting Alan Mullaly, and many other top Ford executives. I am a multi year recipient of Ford's Employee Excellence award and Medallion Elite Club winner. For the past few years, I have had the pleasure of working at Toyota, learning the ways of the Asian automobile industry at Bob Richards Auto group, one of the best groups in the region. I am honored I was able to train under two of the best Service Managers in the business. I am now starting a new chapter as Service Manager at Gerald Jones Lincoln. March1. 2024
