Manage Drafting, Production & Sales Estimating

- Management of the workflow processes and complete training in Franework Sales Advise, Production and Logistics systems, once training had been completed I was then required to implement and assist in training of the Sales and Site staff.- Selection, Training and ongoing Management of a new team of 6 Production Estimators and 2 Sales Estimators.- Currently manage the estimating department consisting of 6 production and 2 sales estimators ensuring accurate and timely output from my team more than doubling the volume of the teams output in the last 13 months. - Implement a new graphical take off system(planswift) improving uniformity, accuracy and production speed with the benefit of keeping the ability to customise BOQs easily. - Develop accurate BOQs in Databuild. - Develop mini bills to speed up the accuracy of standard variations. - Develop strong and competitive supplier contracts. - Developed a very extensive network of suppliers. - Negotiated a large number of cost savings with supplier negotiations, product improvements and the development/implementation of highly efficient systems. - Develop and update the variation book taking it from 49 pages to approx 165 pages. - Organising products on consignment or FOC for the setup of a new colour studio including the project management of the fit out of the studio.

- Management of the workflow process ensuring a smooth flow of projects from contact signing to site start.- Tendering of all project work from small projects of 8 houses for DHA to 280 houses for Stockland at Merida. - Manage the estimating department ensuring accurate timely output from my team. - Developed an industry leading cutting edge tendering system capable of producing highly accurate tenders in limited time frames. - State Purchasing and in recent times the National Purchasing process. - Develop the estimating system to dramatically reduce ordering times. - Develop Runway for future implementation. - Lead a team to develop a packaging process and produce all Victorian tenders. - Develop all new Bills of quantity and set house prices. - Train my team to be multi skilled allowing my all of my team to both production and sales estimate, produce house and land packages and price all variations.
