• Establish the overall vision for and set the strategic direction of all Operations group departments• Support plant employee safety programs to maintain safe working conditions and to deliver safety targets. • Ensure that the operations are compliant with all Food Safety requirements and successfully protects our customers/consumers. • Establishes the overall vision and direction for the implementation of the internal operations.• Develop and implement new business strategies for creating or improving processes and procedures to improve corporate performance• Monitor departmental performance against goals to ensure that progress is being made, and that corrective action is taken if necessary• Meet regularly with department heads/business unit leaders; facilitate resolution of issues/problems between business units and/or departments

•Provide Senior Leadership procedures and processes to increase productivity•Project Management •Establish and maintain labor measurements and reporting to insure labor standards are fair and accurate.•Establish and maintain measurements and reporting of the facilities capacity and layout.•Serve as Business Process Engineer specialist on projects that impact work efficiencies and best practices.•Responsible for testing new warehouse systems and hardware. Required to learn new systems, develop and document standard operating procedures (SOP).
