For the past 30 years I have served my community as a Police Officer. Additionally, for 15 of those years, I also worked as a project manager for my family’s business, Compton Lumber and Hardware. Now in retirement, these experiences have prepared me for my next and most exciting venture. Action Golfers, is a Seattle WA start up in the golf industry. I am blessed to be a part of this amazing team of professionals and visionaries.Action Golfers is not a golf organizer however, we are an on-demand platform that allows users to join golf tournaments easily. A simple location-based search will populate nearby courses showing in detail any available tournaments which, anyone can join immediately.In addition to bringing this amazing golf application to golf courses, I also see Action Golfers as a way for citizens and police departments to come together, by hosting charity or stroke play golf tournaments on the Action Golfers platform. I truly believe Action Golfers can help bridge the divide between the public and Law Enforcement professionals, all while enjoying the fresh outdoors and a little competition. Action Golfers will be able to assist charities and golf professionals earn extra revenue by hosting their events over an extended period of time, rather than the standard one-day event. Action Golfers will also allow golfers who would not normally have access to golf tournaments or charity events the opportunity to now compete in these events using the Action Golfers application.
