--Coordinated IT responsibilities and tasks supporting the Single Timekeeping and Single Payroll integration projects between joint Payroll and HR departments, as well as all end user touchpoints and remote time clocks. Managed offshore resources and their Azure development work to integrate data exchange between different SaaS applications.--Analyzed Virgin America work groups in order to develop ‘Personas’ to identify the tools and technologies that different work groups require for their day-to-day activities, to carefully orchestrate their migration to new common platforms.--Managed Change Control for all applications in the back-office suite, including those that fall under SOX Compliance. This includes planning changes in advance with business leaders, documenting all changes in the system of record (Cherwell) and defending all Change Requests in front of the Change Approval Board (CAB).

--Managed the Payment Solutions portfolio during the migration to SabreSonic Reservation system, which included an audit of all ticketing and payment process flows, completion of data collectors to capture all relevant touch points, and extensive user acceptance testing of the new application.--Managed the IT portion of the implementation of a new accounting system (eRev), coordinating data exchange between eRev, SabreSonic Reservation System, and third-party clearing houses.--Managed software delivery for the Panasonic In-flight Entertainment System, from technical requirements to back-end reporting. Partnered with Engineering, Catering and the In-flight teams to document new requirements for the A321 program and managing the software issues and enhancements list.

--Led and conducted User Acceptance Testing of the reservation system and downstream revenue accounting systems during all software upgrades and releases.--Developed processes and procedures for a start up Accounting team.

--Analyzed the functions of the reservation system and created documentation and training materials for the Guest Services department.--Led user acceptance testing during reservation system upgrades, and managed the software issues found during testing by assigning regression testing to the appropriate end-users.
