I’m the primary point of contact for clients, responsible for managing all aspects of their pipeline compliance requirements, ensuring that regulatory deadlines are met, coordinating between stakeholders, guiding them through the audit process, and maintaining customer relationships.My projects include a successful restart of a ~10 mile natural gas transmission pipeline that had been idle for more than 10 years. I ensured all regulatory compliance requirements were met, actively supported the project management team with my experience in gas pipeline design and construction, and coordinated with internal teams to meet deadlines for compliance program implementation and control room support. One of my key contributions was a pipeline purging plan to reintroduce natural gas during the commissioning process.

I developed, tested, and deployed front-end and back-end code for proprietary software. I researched and developed both user interface and back-end calculations for GASCalc, such as line heater sizing and hydrate formation. I was the lead developer of the user interface for GASPurge, utilizing ASP.NET, HTML, VB.NET, and Javascript to create a functional, user-friendly application.My responsibilities also included: modeling client natural gas systems using GASWorkS; reviewing and updating client regulatory compliance documents, including O&M, DIMP, and TIMP; leading training classes to teach end users software functionality and use cases; interacting with customers in roles as customer support and conference exhibit staff.

I planned, designed, and managed natural gas distribution projects, including everything from city gate station to customer meter. For example, I successfully delivered a 5 mile main extension connecting a new tap to the distribution system, with a budget in excess of $1MM, to support the rapid growth of the city.My projects required me to collaborate across departments with operations personnel and support teams like right-of-way and environmental permitting. I also worked with key stakeholders outside the organization, including developers and government personnel, in order to determine project requirements and customer needs.My responsibilities grew to include: standardization of procedures for stormwater protection plans and regulator station designs; review of designs and as-builts for my peers; and management of the department surveying contract including bid solicitation and evaluation.

I marked games in real-time for the coaching staff of the AHL hockey team, first using Steva and then XOS Thunder.
