Idealease, Inc. is an internationally recognized provider of long-term contractual agreements in the areas of full-service lease, finance lease and dedicated contract maintenance. In addition, short term truck rental services are offered by our affiliate network throughout the United States and Canada. I am responsible for working with corporate/executive level decision makers for corporations headquartered in the states of IL, WI, IA, MO, and KS.

The Tier 1 National account program was a program that I created in concept, and made into reality, in order for our organization to heighten the focus on small to medium sized National accounts. Specifically fleets with 50 or less power units domiciled in multiple markets. Under my guidance Idealease experienced year over year growth in this segment, while adding accounts in the double digits every year, and growing our share of existing customers portfolios, while maintaining a 96% retention rate. As Director of Tier 1 National accounts I would work with field sales personnel to provide corporate resources for prospecting, engineering of vehicles, pricing, vendor pricing and customer contract negotiation, and facilitate communication between sales personnel and customers in multiple markets. I was also responsible for strategizing with the Local Account Manager to increase success.
