Many funding relationships exceed twenty years, and many lessees have returned to us for further leasing needs ten years later. Since 1986 we have successfully managed Office-Lease, a provider of capital to W. B. Mason Company office furniture customers. Lease-Finance has also worked with many banks that refer their customers who are seeking equipment financing. In many situations, they cannot provide either leases or in some cases financing under $1-2 Million. Under other scenarios, many banks have referred customers to Lease-Finance when the bank would rather not take on the additional exposure, but don’t want to lose a relationship.CURRENT PLACEMENTS:$500,000 Lease facility for a New Bedford realty trust providing office space under a state contract.
