-Support the Category Management and National Retail Sales department in executing merchandise planning functions to produce best in class plan-o-grams for retail and wholesale partners.-Develop and analyze merchandise assortments that deliver overall category growth through a combination of internal merchandising tools coupled with retailer specified guidelines.-Analyze retail and market level data to develop plan-o-gram schematics utilizing JDA Space Planning software platform. -Create relevant product/shelving assortments and optimal space planning that drive sales across the business.-Assist with administrative responsibilities prior to retail project resets such as data cleansing, plan-o-gram management, plan-o-gram retrieval, reviewing retail and category management guidelines.-Knowledge of CPG industry specific sales processes and merchandise strategies through collaborative projects.

- Assisting in planning, coordinating, and executing 105.7 The Point radio station events and remote broadcasts.- Interacting with listeners to create and reinforce brand loyalty and awareness.- Participating in promotional brainstorming sessions.- Representing station and client brands at station events and remote broadcasts.- Assisting other departments as needed and performing general office duties.
