Help land buyers and sellers solve critical problems through evaluating scenarios for selling, leasing, and joint venturing land in all states of readiness for development: raw, zoned, entitled, and finished.

Managed consultants and contractors in construction and environmental cleanup. Environmental tasks included asbestos abatement, ground water contamination cleanup and remediation of TPHC and VOC compounds in brownfields. After receipt of "No Further Action" letters from environmental authorities, directed contractors in permitting and construction for redevelopment into a 76,000 sf private indoor recreation center. Oversaw installation of a rooftop "net metered" photovoltatic array.

Lead teams in negotiating complex public-private ground leases and sales contracts for mixed-use transit-oriented development. Directed multi-discipline teams in analyzing technical and economic proposals, developed project schedules, built financial analyses, and facilitated design reviews. Presented action recommendations to the Board of Directors for leases and sales valued between $2 million and $30 million. Represented Metro in public hearings and community meetings. Spoke at industry conferences on transit-oriented development and public-private partnerships.
