Led the post launch phase of the Zetasizer product launch. Supported pilot production, further software features, drove quality improvements, put KPIs, SPC in place, to meet cross-functionally approved production yield targets. Transitioned product to sustaining dept.

Worked to launch the Zetasizer Ultra and Pro products. Led the development of two new measurement types - MADLS and Particle Concentration - to help drive sales in a number of growth markets (including SARS-CoV-2 vaccine development). Developed a focus on high performance algorithm design, system debugging, robust operation, product delivery to market and people management.

Developed a particle sizing prototype using UV-visible absorption spectroscopy, combined with dynamic light scattering and fluorescence spectroscopy for protein structure determination. Worked with a team to overhaul an automated plate sampler product by improving the optical robustness, rigidity of the 3-axis stepper motor stage, and wash and drain fluidics.
