I am a semi-retired senior citizen who likes to be active. I retired from the retail business after working 25 years in northern Utah. I then opened my own business of H and H wholesales in Washington County, which I ran for 7 years before selling it. I renewed my Secondary Teaching Certification and taught school for 13 years. I retired in 2017 and traveled with my wife for 2 years. I then worked my small ranch until I was challenged by a good friend to run for a Hurricane City Councilman position in 2020 and began this awesome position in January of 2021. I love it! It offers me the challenge of researching the law, using my knowledge of history, being a representative of the people and listening to what they want. I love where I live and desire to be a part of the decision-making processes of our growing community. I want to serve with integrity and be a voice for the residences of Hurricane, Utah.
