As an AML / KYC Risk Analyst within the Private Bank division of JP Morgan, I assist in minimizing and preventing losses resulting from high risk and fraudulent accounts and monetary and non-monetary transactions. I review and investigate routine risk transactions, reports or accounts to identify potential issues and drive resolution. In accordance with departmental and corporate procedures, as well as regulations, I take pro-active measures to prevent losses as well as prevent reputational risk through: reviewing client KYCs (individuals, LLCs, LPs, foundations, and trusts), examining high risk transactions, analyzing suspicious account activity and properly reporting and categorizing activity that could potentially create loss or regulatory exposure. I often have interaction with various levels of employees in the Private Wealth Management department. I also work closely with Global Security and Investigations, AML operations, Legal, Compliance and other representatives from various lines of business across the firm.

Establish mechanism to insure reporting and programmatic compliance regarding all Allocation Agreements for all funding sources within the agency inclusive of all grant and loan funding sources.Create overall Compliance Program for the organization in conjunction with other teams within the agency to insure standardized internal compliance for all employees of the organization regarding professional conduct and business operation guidelines.Work in conjunction with Internal Auditing Team Lead to assess future needs of the organization regarding potential compliance issues to insure progressive compliant establishment of new programs and business structures.
