Active TS/SCI.I recently served at U.S. Special Operations Command as the Sustainment and Integration Division Chief and led a diverse group of 15 highly technically skilled professionals to align global logistics capabilities synchronizing policy, doctrine, material acquisition, sustainment, planning guidance, and performance analysis. Coordinated logistics across multiple lines of business that included joint staff members and Functional Project Managers.I previously served as a Defense Logistics Agency, Europe & Africa LNO and served at Naval Air Systems Command as the Lead Business Financial Manager for PMA202 Aircrew Systems. I managed and controlled the planning, execution and reporting of APN, OPN, RDT&E and OMN budgets totaling in excess of $575M across the Fiscal Year Defense Plan.I served as the Lieutenant Detailer assigning officers to shore, sea, overseas and post graduate duty at Navy Personnel Command; managed over 600 billets around the globe. Served at Commander Submarine Force U.S. Pacific Fleet conducting Type Commander Supply Management Inspections, developing Force-wide policies and procedures, overseeing logistics chain management and supported Operation Tomodachi.I volunteered for a Global War on Terrorism Support Assignment in Kuwait; expedited and managed all bulk fuel in support of Operations Iraqi and Enduring Freedom.At Naval Special Warfare Unit TWO, I was integral in establishing/supporting Naval Special Warfare Task Group–Trans Sahara engaging in Operation Enduring Freedom–Trans Sahara, the Global War on Terrorism in Africa. Instrumental in providing support to numerous and highly successful Multi-National/Joint Chiefs of Staff exercises throughout the U.S. European Command area of responsibility.I completed the last strategic deterrent patrol on USS FLORIDA, conducted a change of homeport to Norfolk, VA, an Integrated Logistics Overhaul, an Engineering Refueling Overhaul and a Conversion to a Guided Missile Submarine. Performed the first Joint Force Protection exercise in a submarine and the first Tomahawk launch from an OHIO class submarine.
