As Americas ISD Leader, I work to set and execute on the vision for the ISD model as part of our multi-year transformation agenda. In this role, I team closely with leaders across the practice to roll out continuous improvement, advance technology and automation tools, centralize and standardize processes, and drive programs designed to inspire our teams, enhance the audit experience, and sustain quality.As Wichita Office Managing Partner, I lead the EY Wichita office by fostering a strong culture of exceptional client service and market leadership. I am responsible for developing and engaging staff, amplifying the EY brand and building relationships in the Wichita market. I have more than 18 years of experience working with public and private global companies with a focus on the aerospace, defense and energy sectors. I also serve as the US-West Experience Management Partner for the EY Assurance practice.I am a graduate of Oklahoma Baptist University. I serve on the board of the United Way of the Plains and Youth Horizons, and I am active in numerous initiatives throughout Wichita, particularly those focused on talent development and retention.
