I do stuff. I'm a doer. I trust others but always prefer to go see situations for myself, not because I don't trust them, but because I have learned that what you see is dependent on your knowledge, . I engage those in the trenches to understand the details that get lost in reports. I try things based on current knowledge and past experience. If I am not failing enough, then I'm not trying enough. As a believer in the theory of constraints, I look at issues differently than most. Education is key. My role is to educate others so they may become educators too.I teach others so that they can know, then do, and eventually teach. Knowing how to do something is personally rewarding. Successfully showing others how to do something typically requires an understanding of the underlying principles and knowledge.Transferring knowledge is the most challenging (and rewarding) activity to me because everyone's light bulb clicks on differently. Successful educators understand this and thrive on it while most simply get frustrated and give up. I NEVER give up...

Deadline for registration is September 2015. Tight timeline this year:2/20/2018 Successfully passed ISO 9001:2008 re-certification audit. (This required full audit of every element of the standard)5/25/2018 Successfully passed two-day transition audit to ISO 9001:2015. (Required a full management review cycle to ISO 9001:2015, including internal audit, corrective actions, and new requirements covered (context of the organization, interested parties, risks and opportunities, among other items).We are now successfully registered to ISO 9001:2015 as of 5/25/2018 and do not have to worry about the September 2018 registration deadline. Phew! Glad to be working within the new standard four months prior to the deadline date!
