As a psychologist, I started and managed a sexual abuse treatment program. I assessed and treated perpetrators and young victims of both sexual and physical abuse. Most of my work life was devoted to working with kids.As a teacher, I taught English at the high school level and was a guidance counselor for many years in a traditional and alternative school setting. I find kids fascinating and wish I had another life to devote to working with very young children.I write now because it is a pleasure to use my head in this way.
