455 North Park Drive – 950,000 sf, 52 floors, 397 Hotel Keys, 400 residential keys. Worked closely with Loews Hotel and Interior Designer to maintain Loews construction and design standards for this new 5 star Hotel property topped with 35 floors of high end residential units. Building amenities include landscaped outdoor terraces, indoor and outdoor pools, restaurant and full service kitchen, fitness center, spa, grand and junior ballrooms and meeting rooms. The Clare at Water Tower – 730,000 sf, 250 Senior Living Keys, 54 stories. The Clare was one of the largest CCRC projects in the country at the time and one of the first high rise senior living facilities in the US market. 39 Assisted Living Units and 47 Skilled Nursing units were included within the project buildout as well as support services including a Chapel and Liturgical space, a health club, recreational spaces, and a commercial kitchen with dining facilities for the residents.Loyola University College of Communications – 35,000 sf, 10,000 sf of classroom space. Close coordination with Loyola University and the design architect enabled the successful integration of a full service Communications academic facility within a relatively small footprint. Build out included extensive data cabling and IT infrastructure work as well as high-end lobby finishes, production studio and a freestanding three-story ornamental transfer stair. William Jones College Preparatory High School, 278,000 sf High School facility. Provided preconstruction services for a new $115 Million 7 story urban Chicago high school. Worked closely with the Design Team to evaluate programmatic design options to maximize structural frame efficiencies for a tightly constrained building footprint.

71 S. Wacker (Hyatt Center), Chicago, Illinois, Provided preconstruction and construction management services for the core and shell build out of a 49 story commercial tower located in downtown Chicago. Construction included approximately 20,000 sf of high finish amenities which included a food court, health club, aerobic center, sauna, steam room facilities.Macau International Airport - Macau, China - Partnered with TAMS (New York) and Profabril (Lisbon) to provide Design/Build and Terminal Design services for the new 400,000 sf International Airport terminal as well as the control tower and associated airside/landside facilities. Airport terminal facilities included the jetways, baggage handling systems and FIDS systems. RCBC Plaza – Makati, Philippines - Construction Manager for a $155 Million, 2.5 Million sf twin tower (46 and 41 stories) commercial development project in Metro Manila.Fort Bonifacio Global City - Makati, Philippines - Program Manager for a $5 Billion redevelopment of the 350 hectare decommissioned Fort Bonifacio military base into a new central business district for the greater Manila metro area. Included the design build of all city infrastructure works including the city electric grid, city domestic water, sewer, storm water, emergency water, traffic management systems and telecommunications networks.
