At Active Day, I am tasked with assessing the technological needs of the business, making recommendations based on these findings, and vetting vendors who can service those needs. I am in charge of project and change management for implementing and integrating these new tools within the business. These systems are utilized by front line staff at our Adult Day Medical Centers (CRM, EHR and Practice Management systems), Account Receivables and Finance teams (Revenue Cycle Management and financial reporting), and Senior Management (Enterprise level reporting, Business Intelligence and Analytics).

• Customer Project Manager for Comcast Business Ethernet group managing large, high value (+$75k MRC) national and strategic customers such as Netflix, ABRA Autobody, Contingent networks; including successful project with PNC Financial Group (project total of $90k new MRC revenue), bringing Ethernet services to PNC offices and branch locations. Responsible for managing construction (outside and inside work), provisioning, installation and testing. • PMO representative to manage new product deployment and integration within the Comcast Ethernet service delivery teams. Responsibilities include participating in meetings with Requirements, Architecture and Development teams for system requirements and readiness, Business Process teams for process creation, provide training to PMO on new product launches and provide post launch support through postmortem reports and lessons learned.

Customer Project Manager with enterprise level customers in Comcast Business. I managed a high volume of complex, technical projects, making changes within existing Ethernet customers' live networks. I have worked extensively to address several process gaps surrounding changes and disconnections. After only 4 months, I was named the team's SME (subject matter expert) for processes improvement and implementation. As part of this effort, I helped to form and lead a group of offshore engineers who have taken over several back end, non-customer facing tasks, allowing our current team to provide more dedicated attention to our customers. Additionally, I worked directly with senior leadership to form requirements for an in-house software tool that allows for greater project workload management. This tool incorporates logic based on several factors that allow for clear project prioritization and calls out at-risk projects to both project managers and their leadership.
