Started at DuPont in April of 2007 as a Financial Analyst supporting the businesses located in KC area through a combination of monthly accounting close and forecasting activities with quarterly financial sign-off to finance leadership.Promoted in June 2009 to Senior Financial Analyst and became global financial analyst for the reporting unit where primary responsibilities included: - Support Global Finance Manager and Business Director for the reporting unit as a member of the global leadership team, and responsible for assisting with financially planning, organizing and managing the business unit. - Prepare monthly consolidation and variance analysis of earnings, cash flow and balance sheet activity across 5 businesses, into one strategic business forecast. - Partner with Global Finance Manager and Corporate Controller to establish revenue recognition standards and global intercompany policy across strategic business unit. - Additional analysis including: global sales pipeline and profitability analysis; fixed cost and travel expense analysis; financial modeling of potential strategic business decisions and new acquisition scenarios; member of the team responsible for evaluating and implementing the replacement of an ERP system across the business unit.Promoted in January 2015 to Finance Lead for CleanTech Refining, reporting to Global Finance Manager for Clean Tech.
