Sales & Marketing Consultant. As a sales consultant I was part of a leasing team at Harbour Club Apartments in Belleville, Michigan. The responsabilities were to raise occupancy with bvoth resident retention as well as future residents. As a marketing consultant it was my responsability to work hand in hand with our marketing director in outreach areas of our community and with corporate companies to assist in helping raise the occupancy level. Other accomplishments include being a player in developing a Community Focus Group. Our group was made up of staff members as well as residents. The purpose was to get ideas from both staff and residents on important needs in and around our community that would help reach out and set us aside from the neighboring communities in hopes of creating the best community for people to want to reside.
