Building on my Business Development opportunities In my current role I lead and manage the Pharmacy Channel strategy in Australia, with responsibility in directing key accounts, operational development and marketing initiatives as well as reviewing overseas market opportunities through Aero Healthcare's global operations

The launch of Aero into the Retail Pharmacy Channel commenced with a grassroots approach to understanding the key motivators that would make a brand successful long term for the Australian channel. Extensive time was spent understanding and working with the market through our agency and distribution partners prior to our category launch in 2019

Leading our sales support and marketing activity across multiple channels this immersive role helped me understand our market penetration and growth potential, culminating in a global rebrand in 2016 with a view to launching our retail market development.

Multi - location warehouse management, quality control, supply chain and fulfillment across our large range of first class products as we moved across to a new Head Office and warehousing facility.
