Responsible for the '​in-store look behind the brand' for the entire estate, responsible for all areas of in-store creative decision making.Pushing the brand forward and evolving to suit the marketplace.Working alongside the board to design, develop and create new stores and new product concepts in line with the business strategy.Working with external architects and contract suppliers to design and produce brand new stores to exceptional standards and to budget.Responsible for the project management of all new store openings, new concept installations, commercial and organic growth refits.Looking at all areas of design to improve the in-store customer experience, whether it be front or back of house, external elevations, graphics, fixtures, concept design, existing or new store development.Responsible for securing and building trusting relationships with the best external contractors at the best prices for shopfit, bespoke made fixtures, graphics and branding concepts.Working with key product suppliers to maximise their presence in store and designing bespoke concepts based on brand guidelines to suit.Creating on-going close relationships with Property, Marketing, Buying and Operations internally and architects, project management services, designers and product suppliers, externally.Production of all CAD plans for all new store and organic growth projects covering staircase configuration, walkway, ceiling, ceiling services, lighting and back of house structural and office design as well as any interior design working plans.Responsible for all CAD planning and visual depictions, though to the physical execution of all architectural layout plans for all stores to maximise sales per square foot as well as commercial presentation.Making sure the visual merchandising for the estate is in line with the business strategy to maintain and police the extremely high standards of display and design.Controlling project costs and budgets.
