Organized and led multidisciplinary teams in the completion of 22 RSAs in a variety of locations around the region.Coordinated 2 comprehensive updates of the region’s urbanized boundaries and roadway functional classification system. Managed the federal Transportation Enhancements programs for Southwestern PA. Conducted outreach to applicants to explain the program and provide technical assistance. Coordinated a regional committee to evaluate candidate projects and provide funding recommendations. Tracked legacy projects and assisted project sponsors in navigating the project development process.
