As Vice President of Sales at Bowman Bearing Technologies, my focus on strategic leadership is evident through my dedication to fostering new business development and servicing client relationships in the wrapped bearing, plain bearing, and split roller bearing markets. In addition, Bowman has invested heavily in advanced 3-D printing/additive manufacturing utilizing Multi Jet Fusion Technology (MJF) to provide unmatched prototyping and production level services. With the past 18+ years of OEM, distribution, and metal service center technical sales of bearings, machined components, and bronze alloys, I've honed a successful approach that underscores the importance of strong technical knowledge, efficient sales processes, and robust account management while focusing on understanding and meeting the clients' unique technical needs. This approach will continue to solidify Bowman’s market position and will continue to fuel our growth in a competitive landscapeI’m fortunate to have spent 20+ years in the plastic injection molding market prior to moving to the bearing and bronze market. Over those 20 years I was fortunate to have the opportunity to work in many of the operational and sales disciplines involved in running a large custom molding business and eventually rose to be the Director of Sales and the COO over that time. The sales, manufacturing, and technical experiences of my career have been instrumental in shaping my expertise in navigating technology opportunities for the North American OEM, Industrial Distribution, and Metal Service industries. My mission is to drive sales growth and sustain Bowman's competitive edge in North America, leveraging our team's collective strengths, bearing technologies, and a deep understanding of our clients' needs. Our team excels in fostering strategic partnerships, which is key to our success in the industrial wrapped, plain, and split roller bearing and 3-D printing markets.
