I have just celebrated the end of my 26th year with Compuware Corporation. In those 26 years I have held positions of Professional Educator, File-AID Pre and Post Sales Support, Technical Support for File-AID/MVS, and currently Quality Assurance Analyst.I have never worked for a company like Compuware which has given me the opportunities to work with such diverse and successful Sales People, fellow employees, and current and potential customers. I have seen and experienced overwhelming rewards in teaching student employees that understand what our products are all about, assisting Sales in showing the potential customer the power of our software, assisting customers in learning how to use our software to the utmost efficiency and, currently, testing our product before it goes out to a customer.Watching a person visually express, in any facet of their learning experiences, an instant understanding of usage, and helping their thought process of how they benefit from using our suite of products is my instant reward and gratification.I have enjoyed watching over 1000 people show me that personal visual expression and that brings me the satisfaction that Compuware has the best products on the market and the most useful products world wide. I have often said to classes and publicly that if I knew of these products back in the 60's, I may still be in programming today. I am glad I came to Compuware and look forward to the rest of my career tomorrow and in the future.
