Led a ten-member team of engineers driving quote responsiveness targets (a Corporate Key Growth KPI) while managing through 5 product line rationalizations, a facility rationalization, and a foundational conversion from flagship product to new platform. Led creation of quality management system, obtaining ISO9001-2008 Certification supporting an expanded operation of 180 employees. Developed in collaboration with functional areas Quality Assurance Manual, Level II Procedures, Work Instructions to ensure compliance and sustainability of ISO certification.

Managed quality and continuous improvement activities in newly created position to align corporate strategies and customer expectations. As a member of Quality Leaders Council, developed in conjunction with Quality and Continuous Improvement managers corporate operational excellence goals.
