Work required a professional knowledge, extensive technical experience, meticulous attention to detail, and in-depth interdisciplinary knowledge across several fields of science and engineering principles including mechanical and high-voltage electrical engineering, and electrical controls. Worked with premier aerospace engineers and NASA managers to outline, manage, and promote the Apollo11plus50.com project as well as to select hardware and teaming members needed for the project to put the next American “Man” (a walking robot) on the moon.

Responsibilities: Subject Matter Expert (SME). Provided government oversight of multiple 750 hp, high-pressure steam boilers; steam-to-hot water systems; multiple water-cooled 800-ton chillers; cooling towers; and multiple cascading HVAC systems within a Chemical Demilitarization plant (BGCAPP) at the Richmond, Kentucky Depot. As a SME, served as a liaison engineer between field offices and home offices/stakeholders with regard to project support including weekly activities reports, Field Reports, Overview of P&ID's, and Contractor Work Documentation comments; provided oversight of systems contract personnel; and provided technical management of facility construction operations. Work required a professional knowledge, extensive technical experience and in-depth interdisciplinary knowledge across several fields of science and engineering principles including mechanical and electrical engineering, electrical controls, and chemistry. TEMA is the engineering arm of the world’s largest automotive manufacturer.Responsibilities include: project manager/controls engineer of HMI-PLC instrumentation system for 6 new catalytic converter based dynamometer systems at Toyota Technical Center in Ann Arbor, MI. System based upon Patent Application number: 20110283676. Recommended & installed 600 VDC electrical brake on blower. 480VAC 3 phase ARC flashed trained. During project gained experience in PLC programming, data collection techniques, instrumentation using pressure transducers, level sensors and power supplies as well as a good working knowledge of gasoline engines and fuel systems. At special request by VP John Tinney in separate project, I performed root cause analysis and statistical techniques to determine the reason for expensive oil leaks at the 3-point mating surface, which resulted in me performing 105 quality checks on all 8 engine lines in North America. Performed electrical power consumption analysis of sawmill (datapoint every 15 seconds for 1 year); recommended size and act as consultant on installation of trigeneration system; resolved technical issues and worked through conflicts with suppliers. Position provided experiences in: Startup and Commissioning of Combined Heat & Power (CHP), Generators, Chillers, Clean-In-Place (CIP) and automation systems, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), project management, and budgeting.
