Helped to write Policy, Process, and Procedures for Change Management, Release Management, Configuration Management, Asset Management, and Inventory control at the Enterprise level and have them signed off and implemented by the CIO. Working to slowly bring all divisions into an Automated process using BMC Remdy ITSM suite. Helping to roll out Change processes, monitoring tool use, and spending lots of time doing the "5% other duties as required" in my job description.

Volunteer Run, Non Profit, Do-it-yourself bicycle cooperative that aims to teach people how to work on thier bicycles while building community. Core of 10+ folks run based on consensus. After 5 years of Core Duties it was time to move on. I still do some work......love them bikes!!

We were owned by NonProfit organizations as an alternative way to generate revenue. We sold Dialup Internet, Long Distance, and Wireless services and donated all revenue to "Green" Non-Profit groups. I managed all aspects of a "small business" with an "Environmental" goal. I had a BLAST!!
