Currently the Chief RE Valuations Officer for PIMCO in the Newport Beach office in the Portfolio Management Group. Prior to joining PIMCO, over the span of his career Mr. Vincent held various senior level roles at several top fortune 500 companies, including First Vice President of Collateral Risk at Fidelity National Financial-Service Link division; SVP and head of Collateral Automation and Chair of the Collateral Risk Subcommittee at Citigroup, and prior to that served as Chief Executive Officer and member of the Board of Directors of ZAIO Corporation, an international publicly traded real estate database and analytics firm listed on the Toronto stock exchange. In other past roles served as Executive Vice President and Chief Collateral Officer for Countrywide Bank, as the National Chief Appraiser for GMAC-RFC; as National Chief Reviewer, National Quality Assurance Analyst, and National Review manager for RELS, Inc., which is a joint venture between Wells Fargo and First American Financial. Mr. Vincent has also served on and was elected Chairman of the Board of Tax Appeal and Equalization for the City of Bloomington MN which managed $10B of real estate tax value, and has been a multi-year member of the Industry Advisory Council for the Appraisal Foundation - The Appraisal Foundation is authorized by Congress as the source of appraisal standards and appraiser qualifications in the United States. He holds a state certified-general appraisal license, which is the highest level for licensure for residential and commercial real estate valuation, and is a state approved instructor for appraisal licensing and continuing education. Mr. Vincent is the recipient of numerous corporate awards, and in 2007 October Research Publications selected him as a top 40 under 40 executive in the settlement services industry. He has over 25 years of combined appraisal, collateral risk, collateral automation, operations, senior and executive management related experience.
