Responsible for Global Sales and Marketing providing Coldwater's industry leading Engineered Consumables that are critical to the paper making process to customers in over 60 countries. Responsibilities include managing all sales activities, all sales and service personnel globally, global marketing and advertising, and global corporate account management.

Responsible for managing all fabrics and rolls technology in North America. This included introducing and launching all new fabrics and rolls product technology to North America customers and managing all product management resources to be focused on utilizing Voith's fabrics and rolls technology to deliver optimization to our customer's operations.

Responsible for managing all Voith Fabrics and Rolls business in the Southern United States and Mexico. This included managing up to 50 sales, service, and technical resources to provide our customers with results that delivered reliability and performance improvements. Managed and directed consistent performance with year over year sales growth. Also responsible for developing the Total Roll Management program and implementing and managing it in Southern United States mills, providing reliability improvements and cost savings.

Held various positions over 5 years with Albany - Service Engineer, Sales and Service Engineer, and Applications Specialist.
