-Primary team leader for project planning, materials procurement, safety, implementation and deployment of UHF/VHF/Microwave/Paging systems in and around the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex.-Provide hands-on management and oversight for planning and installation of towers, antennas, transmission lines, support structure fabrication, tower mapping and associated services.-Produce detailed installation drawings for antenna placement, cable routing and support structure fabrication using AutoCAD.

-Develop and design digital and analog RF systems incorporating AutoCAD and Excel based design formats. -Develop site installation plans to include; tower and shelter modifications, cabling, powering, grounding, and equipment placement. -Manage FCC activity for over 200 microwave licenses in 11GHz, 18GHz & 23GHz frequency spectrums. -Responsible for management of material requisitions, as well as comprehensive project cost control. -Produce technical documentation for lease amendments and exhibits. -Coordinate structural analysis and engineering modifications as necessary for wind loading requirements. -Ensure compliance with FCC, OSHA, NEC, PUC, UBC and other regulatory agencies. -Generate project budget and scheduling, and coordinate material and labor acquisition. -Interpret system specifications and conduct project evaluations to ensure compliance with regulatory agencies. -Provide technical support to field staff during troubleshooting and repair of video and data systems. -Utilize engineering drawings and schematics to ascertain system component compliance. -Analyze system test data against design parameters to ensure all technical constraints are achieved. -Develop contractor Scope of Work plans and work up RFQ's for project proposals. -Interface with operations, marketing and sales staff to achieve system deployment objectives. -Perform diagnostic testing and troubleshooting to isolate and correct equipment failures.
