In this position, my main role was to educate and provide athletes with proper nutrition before, after, or during a workout to ensure that they were fueling their bodies properly. I also completed food log analyses for sports nutrition clients prior to their consult with the dietitian. I utilized prior restaurant experience in order to create and manage a food safety and checklist program for organizational use.

Part of a 5 student cohort that worked on an ancient African whole grain project. Handpicked by PhD professor to work on this, Goal was to introduce/re-introduce these grains, with all their benefits, to vendors of the market and customers. This was done through flyers, a cooking video, an expert interview, and a poster that was featured in the FSCN 2020 Showcase!
