- Oversee floral department operations of 40+ stores, ensure execution of department marketing programs, merchandising and evaluate overall department service levels and performance. - Assist in Grand Openings and Executive visits of stores including merchandising departments, display fixture setup, product placement, inventory and order reviews. -Train floral department employees on ordering system, product care and design, merchandising, display fixtures and handling of fresh cut flowers and plants.-Review district floral orders and adjust as required for store visits, holidays and events.
