Consulted with the internal Print team and vendors using a staggered approach to enable a smooth transition during business hours• Managed the migration of all Broadbeach staff from a NEC PABX to CISCO IPTEL including planning, collaboration with 3rd level teams, installing handsets, and testing post upgrade• Co-ordinated and provided technical assistance for the migration of 100 staff from Blackberry to iPhone, including exporting and importing user data and end user training• Primary resource in managing events during a datacentre wide power outage that required critical infrastructure be powered down due to the length of the outage caused by a failed circuit• Implemented software and hardware changes to customer facing websites using a clustered server environment to ensure there were no outage• Co-ordinated the relocation of server infrastructure from the head office datacentre to a co-located hosting facility
