My role as part of MPS is running major works for the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham regeneration project. As per previous management roles I take a full part in ongoing projects from construction phase planning to completion. I work as part of a young vibrant team of individuals who deliver multi-million pound projects annually.

My role as field manager in the major works department which covered new build and refurbishments. I ran multiple sites throughout London and the Home Counties. Again liaising with clients, contractors etc. I set program plans, issue CPP’s, attended site meetings, and monitored H&S through F10 notifiable projects as well as non-notifiable. I also set up CDM H&S folders and sites, toolbox talk and induction for contractors.

CSM trade solutions offers a wide range of Contractors on our contractors membership list. We act as a contract negociator and project management team to all trades within the building industry, supplying sub contractors relevant to the projects we manage on behalf of clients from all over the Uk.

Running a scattered homes; external roofing, social housing project within Gravesham council.

Roofing, Windows, doors, curtain walling, externals. Working within the education sector. Through CSM Trade Solutions LTD, I'm currently managing two school refurbishments for our client; Hertfordshire council, working closely with Langley roofing standards and subcontractors.

My latest Freelance Site Managers Role was at Lakehouse who were in the final quarter of the 2015-2016 Decent homes external repairs and decoration contract for Family mosaic. I was expected to hit the ground running and deliver a batch of approx. 100 units positioned from E5 to N17 in London. I had to inspect sites for scaffold access, organize scaffold, scope/ survey external buildings for repairs and decoration. Then raise CVI’s and Site instruction and issue to the supplied sub-contractors. I was also in charge of the site set up, inductions, H&S on each site and worked closely with the sub-contractors to deliver each Unit. I was then involved in the snagging of properties before delivering the finished units to the clients representative who passed the units for handover.

I controlled and managed multiple CDM voids, CDM major works and CDM groundworks and underpinning sites for Wates Living Space in Borough of Camden. I Set up the CDM sites at various locations working with various contractors to take projects from planning stage to completion.
