Recently joined a new product team to grow and expand Prime’s opportunity to connect it’s processes and unique data via application program interfaces (API’s) for both internal and external utilization. These API connections supersede legacy processing and facilitate real time data and processing accessibility, providing more timely critical member health information to position Prime to lead the market in total drug management solutions that put people first.Built and led an agile team to develop new and expanded data intake processes for Prime’s valuable member medical data. This medical data alongside Prime’s invaluable pharmacy data creates unprecedented analytics opportunities making health care work better by helping people get the medicine they need to feel better and live well. Part of a strategic team leading one of Prime’s primary PBM Modernization initiatives to uplift their Managed Claims Extract File delivery system, leveraging external partners to complete this build. This initial multi-million-dollar capability presents challenges blazing new processes, staffing and infrastructure implementations through accelerated development and presenting intensive technical and organizational change.

Developed, managed and delivered using a hybrid agile project approach to accommodate and adapt the velocity to inject imminent business requirements directly to over 1200 stores.In an extended capacity as a Program Manager in Best Buy’s Analytic Services Capability area, overseeing the renewing of Best Buy’s pricing analytics engine, marketing toolset and ship it right programs, in addition to profitability management analytics. The pricing engine processes billions of rows of product level data from numerous sources and outputs scientifically calculated data into a formidable analytical tool. This tool delivers invaluable and timely product pricing recommendations. The ship it right program monitors and drives vendor to customer shipment reliability while profitability analytics provide senior leadership with sound decision model detail.
