Sourced and acquired an exclusive arrangement with Echelon General Insurance Company to sell and service our niche motorcycle insurance program. Improved the marketing activity and relationships through in-person visits and meetings with motorcycle dealerships throughout Ontario.Assisted in the development of a “client referral program”.Led a project team in the development of an in-house rating software program linked to our company website. This program allowed the sales team to access prospective customer quotes in a single on-line transaction, and provided immediate access to any information required to complete the sale. This new system successfully increased sales productivity per person by 50%.Organized and directed a programming team to automate the process of easy and immediate access to information, which was previously never accessible.
